How to produce styling gel

METHOD 1
INGREDIENTS/REQUIREMENTS

-1 cup of water

-1 tsp unflavoured gelatin

-Jar with cover

-Spoon

-Essential oil


PROCEDURE
-Pour one cup of warm water into a glass jar
-Mix 1 tsp of unflavoured gelatin
-Put 2 or 3 drops of essential oil into it
-Stir very well till it blends
-Cover the jar and put in a fridge for 3 to 5 hours

 

METHOD 2
INGREDIENTS/REQUIREMENTS

-1/4 cup flax seeds

-Water

-Stove

-Saucepan/pot

-Wooden spoon

-Jar

-Essential oil


PROCEDURE

-Boil 1/4 cup flax seeds in a sauce pan with 1 cup of water
-Allow it to boil
-Reduce the heat, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon
-Let it cook for 10 mins, the seeds will start producing a gel
-Continue cooking and stirring till the water has reached the consistency of a gel (thick)
-Sieve it into a container, add other ingredients such as essential oil, aloe, vit E
-Stir very well and store the gel into the glass jar in a fridge. It will stay for weeks
