    The answer is no, you can't apply for more than one AdSense account. Google then lists three situations and instructions for how to solve them.

    - Invalid clicks & impressions You can't click on your ads, cannot encourage others to click on ads, or artificially increase ad impressions or clicks.
    - Encouraging clicks Can't encourage others to click ads or use any deceptive means to obtain clicks, can't promise compensation, can't promise to donate money for helping increase ad clicks/impressions, can't place ads next to navigation or images.

    - Copyrighted material Can't place ads on pages that violate copyright laws. You must have the legal right to display the content on your page.     - Sites should be easy to navigate - can't change user preferences
    - can't redirect users to unwanted websites
